1-1 Investor Consulting

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We start with a 30 minute meeting in order to review your current portfolio, establish your goals, and determine your risk tolerance. This is the time to discuss past experiences around real estate and any ideas for the future of your portfolio. You’ll also learn about our team, expertise and approach. Ultimately we’ll leave this call with a generalized gameplan for the direction of our partnership.

Step 3: Identify, analyze, and acquire

We leverage a “no stone unturned” approach to finding the best next property for you. Whether we’re working with our off-market partners, doing our own off-market hunting, or leaning on the various state’s MLSs for the best open-market properties - our team works harder than any other real estate pro you’ve met. We know that not every property is the right opportunity, so we diligently analyze every property before presenting. You’ll never waste your time evaluating complete duds. Once we have the right property in front of us, we present an offer on your behalf and negotiate the best terms.

Step 2: Market and Strategy education/Planning

We work together to identify which markets and investment strategies are best for your portfolio moving forward. Are you overly exposed in risky markets? Are you not generating enough cash flow from your existing portfolio? Is your debt stack optimized? Is your portfolio offering you enough tax benefits? Whatever the opportunity may be, our team helps works with you to identify the optimal solution. We take pride in building up extreme confidence for all of our investors, this is the stage where that happens.

Step 4: Execute and Earn

Our team walks you through the entire acquisition process to ensure you’re making the right purchase. Everything from connecting with lenders, evaluating the property inspection, and establishing the team necessary to follow through on the investment strategy. After the close of escrow, we hit “go” on the gameplan and ultimately help you cruise into the “earning phase” of the investment lifecycle.
